Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living is seeking compassionate team members to join our care teams across Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care.

The role focuses on maintaining clean resident rooms, supporting daily living activities, and promoting dignity and safety for residents. Prior CNA experience and strong communication are valued, along with a dedication to excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age at minimum.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Help residents maintain independence and promote dignity and safety.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engage residents in life skills and life enrichment activities.
