Lino Lakes Assisted Living in Minnesota is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide resident support with dignity and empathy. You will assist with daily activities, help residents stay engaged, and collaborate with a caring team.

No prior experience required, but CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete training on hire is preferred. This role emphasizes safety, respect, and enhancing quality of life for seniors, with flexible weekend shifts and opportunities for ongoing

• Dependable and flexible with shift availability (including weekends or holidays as needed).

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents during mealtimes, recreational activities, and daily routines, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights, ensuring safety and attentiveness at all times.
• Work alongside nurses, dining, and life enrichment staff to coordinate and deliver holistic care.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay current on care practices and community updates.
