Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable and flexible with shift availability, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents during mealtimes, recreational activities, and daily routines, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Respond to resident needs and call lights promptly, ensuring safety and attentiveness.
• Coordinate with nurses, dining and life enrichment staff to deliver holistic care.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions.
