Job summary

Harmony Place in Minnesota is seeking Caregivers to provide compassionate care and daily support to our senior residents in a warm, welcoming environment. You will help with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and ensuring comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience in resident care or home health is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and families.
• Reliable, flexible availability including some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Support residents during meals, activities, and daily routines with dignity and comfort.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs, ensuring safety at all times.
• Collaborate with nursing and dining teams to deliver holistic care.
• Attend team meetings and training to stay current on care practices.
