Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English for the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping, dishes, laundry, and bathroom cleaning.
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing; supervise medication reminders.
• Support range-of-motion exercises and dementia care.
• Provide companionship through reading, music, puzzles, and other activities.
