Job summary

Right At Home Indianapolis West is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes. Join a company that truly makes a difference and Be Essential in your community.

We provide PPE and training to help you deliver compassionate in-home care. Roles involve daily living assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, medication reminders, and dementia care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and dishes.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Provide transportation to appointments and run errands.
• Offer companionship and dementia care as needed.
• Assist with medication reminders and range of motion exercises.
