Job summary

Senior Helpers of West Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties is actively seeking on-time, dependable caregivers to support our growing client base. We offer weekday and weekend coverage, with premiums for holidays and evenings.

Immediate openings for mornings, afternoons, and various shifts. You will assist with daily living activities, support mobility, provide medication reminders, help with meals and light housekeeping, and offer companionship.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screening.
• Caregiving experience is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bed-bathing or bathing, dressing, grooming, adult diapering, toileting).
• Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor for changes.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate effectively with clients and office staff.
• Accurately document care and report condition changes.
