Job summary

Senior Helpers of West Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties is actively seeking on-time, dependable, compassionate caregivers in Ohio to support our growing client base. Immediate openings available for reliable weekday and weekend coverage, with a pay rate of $16.00–$20.00 per hour plus premiums for holidays, weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proven reliability and punctuality are essential
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screening
• Caregiving experience is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bed-bathing or bathing, dressing, grooming, adult diapering, toileting)
• Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Provide medication reminders and monitor for changes
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Communicate effectively with clients and office staff
• Accurately document care and report condition changes
