Job summary

Sevita is seeking compassionate caregivers to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live more independently at home and in the community. You’ll build meaningful relationships with participants, take initiative, and support them in daily activities and personal goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Provide compassionate, patient, reliable care and document progress as needed.
