Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and work with diverse participants

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with participants and caregivers
