Job summary

Sevita is seeking caring caregivers to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live more independently. You’ll provide personal care, help participants engage in community activities, and support their goals with patience and compassion.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with their personal hygiene.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants be part of the community and pursue activities.
