Monarch Communities at Brandywine Assisted Living in Mahwah, NJ is seeking compassionate Caregivers (HHA/CNA) for full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts. The role offers hourly compensation of $20.31–$21.31 with shifts from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.

Join a team dedicated to resident wellbeing and community engagement. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of resident care experience, and CNA/CHHA certification; English proficiency required; dementia experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED. At least 1 year resident care experience required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid
• Able to speak, read and write in English
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population, preferred dementia experience

Responsibilities

• Use your compassion to provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
