Qualifications

• CNA or HCA certification preferred, but not required; training provided
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Pass a drug screen and nationwide background check
• Reliable, honest, compassionate, and committed to helping others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• We provide caregiver training for qualified candidates

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Offer medication reminders and wellness monitoring
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help clients maintain a safe, comfortable, and independent lifestyle at home
• Document care activities and communicate with the care team as needed
