Job summary

Right at Home of Spokane in Idaho is seeking compassionate Personal Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions. Join a family-owned, award-winning in-home care agency dedicated to compassionate, quality care in clients' homes.

Competitive pay ($19–$22/hour, experience dependent), comprehensive benefits, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement are offered. Previous caregiver experience is preferred but not required; training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Caregiver or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check.
Honest, energetic, and caring individual with a passion for helping others in a Caregiver role.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming as a Caregiver.
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.
Deliver high-quality Caregiver support in clients’ homes with varying shift times and activities.
Build trusted relationships as a reliable and compassionate Caregiver.
