Qualifications

• HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Willingness to complete paid training programs.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass a written competency evaluation.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and nationwide background check.
• Reliable, honest, compassionate, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for serving others as a professional Caregiver.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Helping with meal planning and meal preparation.
• Performing light housekeeping and household organization.
• Offering medication reminders.
• Supporting safe mobility and daily activities.
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes as needed.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and their families.
