Right at Home Spokane is actively hiring Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions throughout Spokane County. We provide paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities for growth to compassionate, dependable individuals who want a career that truly matters.

Competitive Pay: $20-$22 per hour based on experience and certification, with benefits including health and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a written competency evaluation
• Ability to pass a drug screening and nationwide background check
• Reliable, honest, caring, and committed to helping others

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
• Performing light housekeeping duties
• Offering medication reminders
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
• Building positive relationships with clients and their families
