Job summary

Discovery Senior Living seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care settings. You will maintain cleanliness, assist with daily living activities, and help promote dignity and safety for residents under supervision.

Ideal candidates hold a CNA certification (preferred) and a high school diploma, with strong communication and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Assisting with activities of daily living as instructed (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engaging residents in life skills and other enrichment activities.
