Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking attentive Caregivers to support seniors in Rapid City, SD, helping with daily activities and companionship. We offer full-time and part-time roles with bi-weekly pay and opportunities to earn extra pay for evenings and weekends.

You’ll be part of a team that values training, resources, and support to help you succeed in your role and grow your skills through online training and CEUs.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and caring demeanor required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support for seniors to live safely at home.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, shopping and transportation.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of concerns.
• Maintain a safe home environment with clear pathways.
• Engage clients in activities that bring joy (puzzles, games, reading, hobbies).
