Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Reliable transportation to client homes.
- Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
- Negative drug screen and background check required.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- COVID-19 vaccine not mandated.
Responsibilities
- Accompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments, and pharmacy visits.
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers.
- Document changes to the Director of Nursing per plan of care.
