Qualifications

• Must have caregiver or home health aide experience providing care for older adults.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively.
• Reliable transportation and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Accompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments, and pharmacy visits.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers.
• Document observed changes to the Director of Nursing as part of the plan of care.
