Job summary

Allpro Staffnet d/b/a Allpro Homecare seeks a Caregiver to support our mission of providing quality non-medical homecare to veterans in Franklin, TN. The role offers both part-time and full-time shifts, with flexible scheduling to meet client needs.

You will assist with companionship, light housekeeping, transfers, bathing, meal prep, and daily activities while following each client's service plan and safety protocols. Starting pay and benefits vary by client and schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a background check (every 2 years thereafter).
• State-required SOR and Abuse Registry check (annually).
• State-required Personal Reference Check.
• State-required 5-year employment history checks.
• 1 year caregiver experience.
• Valid driver’s license/state ID with reliable daily transportation.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Adequate physical endurance.

Responsibilities

• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Housekeeping.
• Assists clients with transfers and ambulation (cane, walker, wheelchair, or Hoyer Lift).
• Assists clients with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Plan, prepare and serve meals with client assistance as needed.
• Assists clients with toileting (bedpan or toilet).
• Report unusual events or occurrences to the administrator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Complete all other duties within the Client Service Plan.
