Job summary

Salus Homecare seeks Personal Care Assistants/Caregivers to support clients in Pasadena and surrounding areas, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and overnights. You will provide compassionate in-home care and accompany clients to activities.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, meal prep, mobility assistance, and safe transportation. Maintain confidentiality and uphold Salus Homecare's positive image.

Qualifications

• HCA certification required; Livescan background check.
• TB test required within 90 days of start date.
• Must be legally allowed to work in the USA.
• Physical ability to perform all care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and daily living support to clients.
• Arrive punctually at client homes.
• Assist with bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, meals, and mobility.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Turn and reposition patients to prevent bedsores.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA standards.
• Notify office of abnormal findings or conditions.
• Represent Salus Homecare positively at all times.
