Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities in the Norfolk area. Join a fast-growing international home care company with more than 25 years of experience and a commitment to essential service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, dusting, laundry, dishes).
• Prepare meals and snacks following instructions.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide dementia care and companionship activities.
