Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients at home with personalized care, companionship and daily living assistance. You will help with activities of daily living, meals, mobility and medication reminders while building meaningful relationships with clients.

We offer flexible schedules, part-time and full-time opportunities, a supportive team, and ongoing development. Weekly pay is coming soon, and applicants with bilingual abilities are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills demanded.
• Compassionate, dependable and empathetic attitude expected.
• Willingness to learn and grow within caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed.
• Offer companionship and mental stimulation through activities.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and supportive tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
