Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Strong communication and reliability are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, walking, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Assist with laundry, changing linens, and routine household tasks.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Encourage clients to remain active, engaged, and as independent as possible.
• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan and agency guidelines.
• Monitor clients for changes in condition and report concerns to supervisors.
• Follow individualized care plans and service instructions.
• Accurately complete required notes and documentation.
• Protect client privacy and maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
