Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred
• High School diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous experience with seniors preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas
• Help residents maintain independence and safety
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transfers, eating)
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities
