Qualifications

• Prior caregiver/home health aide experience preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete training on hire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Assist during meals, activities, and daily routines with dignity.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights, ensuring safety.
