Right at Home is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to serve seniors in their homes in Indiana. You will provide essential personal care, assist with daily living activities, and help clients stay independent in their own communities.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Completion of State-approved Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide course is required.
• Competency Evaluation as per state licensing for HHA agencies.
• Read, write, and speak English as needed for the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Assist with mobility, meals, and personal care.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation in clients' homes.
• Take vital signs and follow care plans set by nurses.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment.
