The Springs at Lake Oswego is seeking caring caregivers to provide exceptional resident care and companionship in a supportive environment. You will assist with daily routines, collaborate on service plans, and respond to call lights as part of a team including med techs.

Training is provided for newcomers and the role offers a friendly work culture and meaningful opportunities in senior living. Shifts include a swing schedule from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, with benefits like medical and dental

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass criminal background and drug test.
• We are looking for individuals with a caring heart to provide personalized care to our amazing residents.
• If you are new to the field of health services, we provide all the training necessary to be successful!

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily routines as indicated in service plans (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to residents.
• Collaborate on service plans by informing the supervisor of resident needs and successful approaches.
• Answer call lights.
• Work with a team of caregivers and med techs.
