Assisting Hands Home Care in Utah is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes. You will assist with daily activities, ensure safety, and support mobility and grooming while building meaningful relationships.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, ongoing training and development, and a supportive team environment. Prior CNA or caregiving experience is a plus but not required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks).
• Reliable transportation and valid insurance.
• Background check and TB test required or obtainable within 2 weeks.
• Previous home care or long‑term care experience preferred — not required.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Helping with mobility and safe transfers.
• Meal preparation and nutritional support.
• Medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities.
• Supporting clients living with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
• Documenting care using AxisCare app.
• Following all safety and infection-control policies.
