Bickford Senior Living in Macomb, IL is seeking a Certified Caregiver to support residents with compassion and dignity, following individualized care plans and daily routines.

You will assist with activities of daily living, meals, and social engagement; CPR/First Aid certified; CNA license; strong communication and time management; dementia care knowledge; and you can grow with our mission to enrich residents' quality of life.

Qualificações

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Appropriately communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Knowledge of how to approach and care for residents with dementia.
