Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Clean background check and drug screen.
• Ability to pass First Aid and CPR certification (provided).
• Basic literacy and communication to follow care plans.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and daily tasks.
• Compassion, patience, reliability, dignity for clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals observing dietary restrictions.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home.
• Encourage client mobility and healthiness.
• Monitor medications without dispensing drugs.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities to reduce isolation.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Report changes or safety concerns to supervisor/family.
• Maintain accurate care logs and records.
• Respect client confidentiality and professional conduct.
