Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clean background check and drug screen.
• Clean driving record with safe vehicle access.
• Ability to pass First Aid and CPR (provided).
• Basic literacy and ability to follow care plans and document services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals with dietary considerations.
• Light housekeeping and safety-focused organization.
• Encourage mobility and healthy routines.
• Monitor prescribed medications without administration.
• Provide companionship and engage in social activities.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Notify supervisor of changes in condition or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate care logs and observations.
