Job summary

Bloom Concierge Home Care is seeking a dedicated Caregiver in Deer Valley, AZ. This full-time role focuses on compassionate, client-centered support to enhance quality of life, independence, and wellbeing, with emphasis on safety, dignity, and respectful engagement.

You will assist with daily living activities, promote healthy routines, and provide companionship while maintaining professionalism and clear communication. Flexible onboarding, 24/7 support, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Clean background check and screen (drug, TB) and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass First Aid and CPR certification (provided).
• Basic literacy and communication skills to follow care plans and document services.
• Prior experience preferred but not required; on‑the‑job training available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals observing dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing) and maintain a safe home environment.
• Encourage client mobility and healthiness.
• Monitor and remind clients to take prescribed medications without dispensing drugs.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, shopping, or social outings.
• Report changes in condition or safety concerns to supervisor or family.
• Maintain accurate records of care, activities, and observations as required.
• Respect client confidentiality and adhere to professional standards of conduct.
