• Skills: Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English in an understandable manner.
• Years of Experience: Knowledge and experience in working with elderly & dementia experience preferred.
• Certification: Certification required according to state regulations.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with daily living activities including personal care, meals, and mobility.
• Support housekeeping, laundry, and social activities as part of the Health & Wellness Team.
• Provide orientation and information needs; monitor resident wellbeing.
• Ensure adherence to care plans and safety protocols.
