Job summary

Arden Courts of Avon is seeking a Resident Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meals, mobility, and social engagement. You will support the Health & Wellness Team to ensure high‑quality resident care.

Qualified applicants will have a High School diploma or equivalent, basic reading/writing skills, and ability to communicate in English. Prior experience with elderly residents and dementia is preferred; CT state requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including personal care, meals, mobility, and activities
• Support housekeeping, laundry, and social engagement to enhance wellbeing
• Collaborate with Health & Wellness Team to ensure high-quality resident care
