Job summary

• Check vital signs and monitor weight; document intake/output.
• Report observations and ensure resident comfort; answer call lights.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Protect privacy and dignity; comply with HIPAA and related laws.
• Adhere to professional standards, policies, and federal/state/local requirements.
• Update job knowledge through education and professional activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
