Qualifications

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all residents, recognizing individual needs and promoting independence with dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility and other care per plan.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
