Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs.
• English reading/writing proficiency as needed for the job.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and transfers within the home.
• Perform housekeeping: vacuuming, dusting, laundry, dishes, and cleaning.
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Support ROM exercises and dementia care.
• Offer companionship through reading, music, and activities.
