Job summary

Right at Home Montgomery County West is seeking compassionate caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to join our team serving seniors and adults with disabilities in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Background check required.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, dishes, laundry, bathroom).
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Provide dementia care and companionship activities.
