Job summary

Right at Home Montgomery County West is seeking Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes. You will deliver personal care, help with daily activities, and contribute to a compassionate service team.

The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for growth within a leading international home care company with over 25 years of experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed.
Possess a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
Pass a background check.
CNA/Home Health Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with transferring/moving around the home.
Housekeeping: cleaning, laundry, dishes, bedding.
Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.
Bathing, dressing, shaving; medication reminders.
Assist with prescribed ROM exercises; dementia care.
Provide companionship through reading, music, puzzles, etc.
