At Home Healthcare of Middle Tennessee provides non-medical, in-home services with flexible scheduling and benefits. We offer training for certification at no cost and pay between $16 and $20 per hour, with a focus on compassionate, one-on-one client support.

Join our team to assist with daily living activities, mobility, meal prep, errands, and companionship, while adhering to health and safety standards in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and learn.
• Willingness to learn housekeeping, cooking, and personal care.
• Able to lift/move up to 35 pounds.
• Compassionate, respectful, and patient.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as ambulation, dressing, personal care and hygiene.
• Help with mobility to appointments and outings.
• Plan and prepare meals, and assist with serving meals when needed.
• Complete client shopping or accompany them to shop.
• Perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship.
• Report any unusual incidents to the office immediately.
