Job summary

At Home Healthcare of Middle Tennessee is seeking compassionate in-home care aides to assist clients with daily living activities in their own homes across the state. No experience? No problem!

We provide the training necessary for certification at no cost to you. Join our team today! Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship, while promoting safety and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and eager to improve.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ambulation, dressing, personal care, hygiene, eating).
• Help with mobility around the house or during doctor appointments.
• Plan and prepare meals and assist with serving/eating.
• Complete client shopping or accompany them to shop.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean living space.
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
• Report unusual incidents to the office promptly.
