Job summary

At Home Healthcare in Hendersonville, TN is hiring caregivers to provide in-home support. Competitive pay is available at $16-$20 per hour with flexible scheduling and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and parental leave.

No experience is required—training for certification is provided at no cost. You will assist clients with daily living, mobility, meals, shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship in a one-on-one setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and be eager to learn.
• Knowledge of housekeeping, cooking, and personal care services.
• Willingness to adhere to health, safety, confidentiality, and company standards.
• Ability to lift/move up to 35 pounds.
• Be compassionate, respectful, and supportive of all persons.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ambulation, dressing, personal care, hygiene).
• Help with mobility for appointments, walks, and other activities.
• Plan and prepare meals; assist with serving meals as needed.
• Complete client shopping or accompany them to shop.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Provide a pleasant and supportive companionship.
• Report any unusual incidents to the office promptly.
