Job summary

At Home Healthcare of Middle Tennessee is seeking caregivers to provide non-medical in-home services in Tennessee. We offer flexible scheduling, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and parental leave, with training provided at no cost.

Join our team today! $15.00-$17.00 per hour Responsibilities include assisting clients with activities of daily living, mobility, meal prep, shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and eager to learn.
• Knowledge of housekeeping, cooking, and personal care services.
• Willingness to adhere to health, safety, confidentiality, and company standards.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Compassionate, respectful, and supportive of all persons.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Help with mobility to appointments and walks.
• Plan and prepare meals and assist with serving.
• Complete shopping or accompany clients to shop.
• Perform light housekeeping and provide companionship.
• Report any unusual incidents to the office.
