Job summary

Hireology is seeking a compassionate caregiver/CNA to join our growing team. The right candidate will provide various levels of support to clients, including personal care, mobility assistance, and meal planning.

This on-site role requires empathy, reliability, and the ability to adapt to different shifts. Qualified applicants will have a High School diploma or equivalent, CNA/HHA training, and at least 1 year in healthcare or related fields, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Caregiver experience or CNA/HHA training required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients safely.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work nights and/or weekends.
• Strong empathy and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance and daily living support.
• Help with medications and ambulation as needed.
• Assist with mobility and accompany clients to appointments.
• Plan and prepare meals and assist with exercises.
• Complete shopping and light housekeeping tasks.
• Report incidents promptly and respond to emergencies.
• Offer daily activities and support patients with meals.
