Job summary

Hireology is seeking a compassionate caregiver/CNA to join our growing team. The role provides personal hygiene support, mobility assistance, meal preparation, and daily living activities in clients' homes, with shifts that may include nights and weekends.

The ideal candidate has a year of healthcare or in-home care experience, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and a commitment to safety and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• One-on-one care setting with eagerness to learn
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Compassionate and supportive demeanor
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care (min 1 year)
• Commitment to health and safety standards
• Pride in delivering high-quality care; CNA/HHA experience or CNA program
• Hoyer Lift experience may be required per client

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance (bathing, dressing, feeding) for elderly or post-surgery clients
• Assist with prescribed medications and ambulation
• Support mobility to appointments, walks, and daily activities
• Plan and prepare meals for clients
• Assist with physical therapy exercises as directed
• Complete shopping or accompany clients to run errands
• Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe living environment
• Report unusual incidents promptly and respond to emergencies
• Assist with daily living activities including meals and related tasks
