Job summary

Hireology is seeking a compassionate caregiver/CNA to join our growing team. The right candidate will provide multiple levels of support to clients, in one-on-one settings, with a can-do attitude and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities include personal hygiene assistance, medication aid, mobility support, meal planning, light housekeeping, and reporting incidents. A high school diploma or CNA/HHA certification and 1 year of healthcare experience are preferred, with shifts including nights and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; experience as caregiver/CNA/HHA preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every single day.
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Prior healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care experience (minimum 1 year).
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance and attend to basic needs (showering, dressing, eating).
• Help clients take prescribed medication and assist with ambulation.
• Assist with mobility around the house or outside (appointments, walks).
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Assist with physical therapy exercises.
• Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to do so.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Report unusual incidents and act quickly in emergencies.
• Assist patients with meals and related tasks as needed.
