Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support with daily living activities, follow ISP plans, and help residents maintain safety and dignity.

You will engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining, and work with families and care leaders; CPR/First Aid certification preferred or obtainable; a High School Diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
