Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on personal care and meaningful interaction with residents in our community. You will assist with daily activities, follow care plans, promote safety and dignity, and support dining services to maintain a warm environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it, and strong communication and compassionate reliability to brighten residents' days.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
